General Questions
Download the software suite from the main page at FriendAdder.com. Choose the version according to your computer's operating system (Windows or Mac OS X). Follow the instructions presented in the installation wizard (for Mac OS X, a .dmg file will be downloaded to your computer and you will need to open the file to initiate installation).
You now have full access to the FriendAdder application(s) for which you have purchased a profile activation. If you have not purchased a profile activation yet, you have access to a limited trial of the FriendAdder suite.
We recommend sending 350-400 or fewer requests per day. MySpace has an unwritten limit of around 400-500 friend requests per day. After this point you will only get failed requests.
We recommend sending 350 or fewer messages per day. Although MySpace does not state this, messages are limited to about 350 per day.
Billing and Payment
1. Go to the
Buy Now page at FriendAdder.com.
2. Choose a product. You may purchase the ComboPack which includes the entire FriendAdder software suite (including FriendAdder, FriendCommenter, and FriendMessenger), or you may purchase each product separately.
3. Choose the number of profile activations you wish to purchase. Discounts apply when purchasing multiple profile activations.
4. Enter the email address associated with your MySpace profile. If you are purchasing multiple profile activations, add one email per line. Upon completion of your purchase, your profile(s) will be instantly activated for the software you selected.
5. Enter the email address at which you want to receive your purchase receipt.
6. Please review your selections and click Continue. The PayPal website will be opened for you to securely enter your payment information. Please follow the instructions on the PayPal website. You do not have to have a PayPal account to process your payment via PayPal.
You may pay with credit/debit card, instant bank draft, or e-check through PayPal. There is a delay in activation when using an e-check. Activation will be completed once funds clear. PayPal automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

- If you paid with an e-check, there is a delay in activation while your e-check payment is pending. Activation will be completed once funds clear.
- You did not complete Step 3 on the registration form: "Enter the email or emails associated with your MySpace profile(s)."
- You entered the wrong profile address in Step 3. You must enter your exact profile email address.
Contact us with your order number and correct profile email address.
Technical Questions
- Please verify we have your exact profile email address.
- Please verify you are using the correct password. You set this with MySpace and we do not have access to your MySpace password.
- Please try uninstalling and then reinstalling FriendAdder.
- You may be using an outdated version of FriendAdder. Please download the current version from the FriendAdder website http://www.friendadder.com/
- Occasionally system upgrading may cause some users to be temporarily unable to use the software.

- It is possible the MySpace server was busy when you tried to log in. Try again shortly.
We do not have access to or keep records of your password. Your password is set with MySpace and you can retrieve it through the "Forgot password" feature on the MySpace website.
